Order Placement
How do I place an online order? To place an online order, click Shop Impel, or click one of the titles on the home page. On the product page, select your size, color, and quantity and then click Buy. By clicking Buy you add those items to your shopping cart.
What forms of payment do you accept? All prices on Impelclothing.com are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover At our in-home parties we are able to accept Cash or checks.
When will I be charged for my order? Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Can I order by phone instead of over the Internet? We currently do not accept telephone orders.
Shipping
What shipping carrier do you use for Standard Delivery? We mail via USPS within the U.S.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
How much does shipping cost? To calculate shipping charges click Checkout, click Log In, verify all information is correct, click Next, and you will be directed to a screen where you can view the cost for each shipping carrier. Impel Clothing recommends shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
How much does a rush delivery cost? The cost on rush delivery depends on the amount of product purchased and the shipping address. To calculate shipping charges on rush orders, click View Cart, type in your zip code and then click Calculate Shipping. You will be able to see the amount that shipping will cost with each different shipping carrier .
Rush orders – if they’re received by noon Eastern Time – are shipped the same business day, once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, and should arrive on the next business day. However, rush delivery is not available Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that rush orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Rural Routes and Remote Locations if placed by noon E.T., should arrive in two business days.
What shipping carriers do you use on for rush orders? We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we typically use are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx.
Do I need to pay shipping for every address I ship to? Yes. You must pay a shipping fee for every shipping address you would like shipments sent to.
Returns, Exchanges, and Damages
How do I return merchandise purchased either online or at a party? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please mail unworn products and your original receipt to the address listed below within 30 days of ordering for a full refund minus shipping.
How do I exchange merchandise purchased either online or at a party? To exchange any products for a different size, style or color, please mail unworn products within 30 days of purchase to the address listed below. Include your original receipt, an explanation of the desired exchange, and your credit card number to cover the difference (if applicable). The exchanged item(s) will be sent out to you within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of the returned item(s) and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) ordered.
Note: Impel will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent, or if the item received was defective.
How do I exchange a defective product purchased either online or at a party? To exchange a defective product please email Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. A mailing label will be sent to you via email or mail so you may return the defective product to Impel Clothing at our expense. Within 24 hours of receipt of the defective product, Impel Clothing will ship a replacement product to you.
How do I cancel or change an order? All cancellations or changes on orders must be emailed to Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Does Impelclothing.com offer discounts on their products? Yes. When you purchase 3 of the same style you receive 10% OFF!
Can I buy as much product as I want online? Yes. Impelclothing.com will allow you to purchase as many shirts as you would like online as long as they are in stock.
Can I resell Impel Clothing merchandise? Yes. If you are interested in selling our products as a Sales Director, in a retail store, or online at your own site, please email Customer Service.
Does Impelclothing.com charge tax? For all sales shipped within the State of Utah we charge 6.45% sales tax. All shipments delivered outside the State of Utah will not be charged sales tax. Check with your local tax departments to see if, as a consumer, you are responsible for paying a use tax on your online purchase.
